Decade is an educated guess based on Wikipedia. Very cute! Fabric is puckered like seersucker. The length of the dress was measured from top of the bodice to the bottom hem on the front 35 inches. Top of the bodice to the waist on the front is about 10.25 inches. The waist stretches comfortably to fit me with a 26 inch waist and max stretch is 18 inches flat.
