This is a fun dress!! Size 2, and the constraining proportion is the waist—it hits me just at the belly button and does not stretch. It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but the top is open to the waist in the front, back and armpits—just a slight overlap of fabric with no closures (except a hook at the back of the neck). The skirt is a true handkerchief with a fun spin. At its shortest it’s about 26”, ranges to 35”. Cotton exterior, lined with Acetate in the upper body. The skirt is unlined
