This is a cute little matching set I made using a lightweight indigo block print. There are several ways to tie the top, I tried to post pictures of a few of the different ways! Skirt is a very full gathering skirt that stretches comfortably to 20" Length is 40" so just about floor length depending on your height (could easily be hemmed) I used the selvedge edges for the skirt panels (pictured)
