What can I say about this incredible Victorian style dress! Pleated, with puff sleeves. The exterior is 100% polyester and the lining is 100% cotton. It comes with a belt. Raw hem. It says size 13/14, which I believe is meant to be from their young women’s line. There is an Elastic armband inside the puff sleeves, it stretches to 7 inches. The high collar does button, looks to be about 14 inches circumference. I think you could also just leave the top buttons undone and have a lot more ease in the neck without anyone really noticing!! Have you ever seen those leather sort of halter pieces? I feel like this would look absolutely spectacular with a black leather halter & some opaque black tights over top & your goth baby Victorian dreams could come true 😅
