I went to an event at an independent, high-end boutique in Chicago where you could design your own sneakers to be made by Chicago designer Yohance Lacour. I designed these all leather sneakers with teal-y green alligator print, black soles, gold-capped leather laces and gold insoles. Paid a lot and had to wait several weeks for them to be made and then received these awesome sneakers. And then alas, I just never wore them. They have been living in my closet awaiting the day to be both loved AND worn. I only love them,, not wear them. If you think you could give them the street time they deserve, offer me a trade!
