Basically new with tags although their stuff doesn’t come with tags. I received in brand new condition in a trade and it’s been sadly sitting in my closet, unworn. It’s sooo cute but I just haven’t been reaching for it 👉🏽 I am generally a size M/L and this coat fits me comfortably with room for a sweater underneath. I think sizing is flexible and could work for M-XL depending on fit preference Shelter's Pipa Coat is a lightweight quilted jacket that is perfect for spring. The exterior is made of a lightweight cotton twill and is lined with a super soft cotton. This coat flares out at the hips and features a split rounded hem. The button closures mean you can stay warm and the contrast trim on the hem adds some visual pop. You'll be rocking this all spring and fall! Sizing Notes: Select your size based on the chest/pit to pit measurement in the chart at the end of the photos. Exterior: Cotton Twill Lining: Cotton Fill: 3 oz.
