Tie-dye cotton skirt with blue, orange, and brown horizontal stripes. Flats waist approx 20 inches. Length is approx 30 inches (asymmetrical bottom hem). Bottom sweep more than 50 inches. Waist can be folded over to adjust look and length. Partially lined with cotton in same tie dye (see pics). Some minor seaming issues as shown, easily stitched. Lining not fully connected to itself as intended- see pic. From a smoke free pet friendly home.
