Will be picky with these because you can’t get them anymore! Back when Truman was making women’s boots. I can’t remember all the details but they’re definitely Goodyear welt. I took good care of these and they’re in good shape and freshly oiled with Bick 4 leather conditioner. The back of the heel is a little worn down but otherwise they look good and ready for a new life! Fair condition to be safe!
