Polka dots! Bought at a cute local boutique in Montreal while visiting a friend, was my special fun blouse for years. Made by a slow fashion brand that looks to have closed since. The Ramie material feels like a slightly more structured linen. Small blue stain on the front, it’s noticeable but I think with the polka dot pattern it can kind of blend in. In good condition otherwise.
