“I was out to eat at this cute restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen where they serve you cheese plates with food pairings, and the chef offered me a job making cheese plates based on my order. 😹 I worked there 6 months, got laid off, then the owner sold the restaurant and it shut down entirely because the new owner didn’t want to let the front & back of house pool their tips. RIP Casellula. 💔”
