Sweet 90s/00s button down top! Features pearly buttons, cropped length, and nubby fabric (the white dots are tactile!). Super stretchy and cooling. It does still have shoulder pads but they are easily cut out. Tagged size 12, fits like a modern M depending on fit. I’m 5’7 and it hits right at the waist. I think it’s technically a bolero/jacket but I have always worn mine as a top. Looks great with high waisted shorts!
