New with tags. This is so gorgeous I hate to see it go but I just don’t wear skirts. I prefer dresses. Spell skirt with lace and ties on the sides. Waist stretches from 18”-22” across. The colors and print are perfection. Would love to swap for a Spell dress or something Doen but o will consider any swaps. Moving soon so hoping to find homes for everything!
