leather is soft note: i did wear this with the strap tied in a knot so the strap is a kinked a little which is noticeable when the strap is unweighted (see last pic) and less noticeable when the strap is weighted. the rest of the photos show the strap mostly self-straightened out when supporting just the empty bag itself. because of this i believe the strap will relax and straighten itself out if the next owner wears it unknotted, but i wanted to note it! bag is lightweight and holds my iphone 13 pro max with room to zip closed comfortably strap drop 21-23” 7” across top 8.5” tall 2” deep
