elastic waist paisley & floral skirt

From previous owner: not sure what size to mark this as; the 11” elastic waist stretches up to 22” flat! if you like layered skirts or skirts over pants or other funky stuff like that, this skirt was made for you! it’s such a unique and very 70s layering piece. it’s definitely handmade; there’s no tag anywhere, and the construction of it just has a homegrown vibe. i tried to stick lots of photos in the listing to show its sheerness and how it looks with a slip vs just skin!
