Sleeve length is 21 Attn: there are a couple of small holes at the bottom of the that haven't been repaired (it must have caught on something). They won't be noticable when wearing/repaired. If you hemmed it 1/2" they would be gone. 2 1/2" above the the hem, there is one more tiny one about 1/4". See photos I didn't repair them because the dress is too small for me.
