Blouse can be worn with ties cinched for more of a peplum effect or loose. I am second owner, and i suspect the blouse got shrunken by previous owner although she says she always washed in cold water gentle cycle. The sleeves on this top are more of a 3/4 compared to what’s seen in stock photos.
