FAFO kit for the knitting-curious

Turns out the knitting hobby I kinda tried to pick up during the 2020-2022 collective fever dream really isn’t going to stick and so what’s left of the random accoutrements I collected/was gifted by well-meaning (but sometimes misguided) folks don’t need to keep sitting in my house. Soooo if you’re been looking for a very low-stakes way to just try out knitting and see if you like it, here’s a little kit of maybe-useful things. I can’t vouch for all of it though, I never even broke into those circular needles and I’m pretty sure some of that gifted yarn is not ideal for knitting 🤷🏻‍♀️ Vague inventory: - 1 pair plastic needles 12mm - 1 pair wooden needles 6mm - 2 #13 yarn needles - 5 #16 tapestry needles - 1 package stitch markers - interchangeable circular needles in 4mm and 5mm with 40, 60, and 80cm cables - 3-ish 50g balls 100% wool fine merino DK from Yarn Stories in burnt sienna - 1 50g skein 100% baby yak(!?) lace weight from Myak in emerald - 1 70.9g ball 100% cotton (denim?) “sugar and cream” medium weight from Lily in indigo - 1 100g skein 100% acrylic crochet yarn??? from Wool Queen in unknown purple color - mystery light pink and blue, probably an acrylic blend idk Would love to trade all together but if you have a compelling proposal for some subset of the lot, we can talk. Please help me move on from this era of my craft delusions. (FWIW I did make some middling scarves, hats, and soft toys, it wasn’t a totally failed crafty era.)
